Inspired by "Leftovers"
Believe it or not, my work was inspired by a bag of leftover moss! My daughter got married on Halloween 2017. Part of the table decor included moss. When she was preparing to move, she asked me if I wanted the leftovers. I accepted, though at the time I didn't know why, and the bag rode around in the trunk of my car for some time. The day I took it out of my trunk is the day my Utopia Gardens journey began. I imagined living in a place surrounded by that magikal moss, and I could see it in my mind. I have been learning as I go, and the inspiration continues to grow.... all from a bag of leftover magikal moss.
